Calling all parishioners! We will be singing as a choir for the Solemnity of Christ the King. We will have a rehearsal on Nov. 23rd beginning immediately following the 8am Mass. The choir will then sing for the 10am Mass that day. Whether you have been singing in a choir for years, or this being your first time, it will be a great opportunity to blend our current choir with the parish community and come together for a common purpose as Catholics, prayer through the liturgy and in communal song.
For more information, please contact our Director of Music, Artie Carew . All parishioners are encouraged to participate.

Matthew: The King and His Kingdom shows how Jesus fulfills God’s promises to Israel and establishes his kingdom on earth. Through references to the Old Testament promises of God to his people and the messages God sent them through the prophets, this Bible study provides the key to understanding the rest of the New Testament and Christ as the fulfillment of God’s plan. Outreach Ministry for the Homebound
SJN is forming a Outreach Program to the Elderly/Homebound of our Parish. Fliers are available in the Narthex containing a Form for those who may be interested in volunteering and another Form for those who may benefit from the Homebound Outreach Program.
Visits will be every other week and will occur in a private home, nursing home, or assisted living facility. Volunteers will/may provide Eucharist, friendly visits and telephone assurance to our clients.
If you are interested in being involved with this Ministry as a Volunteer, please complete the Volunteer Form and return it to the office. If you have a family member or are aware of a fellow parishioner who would benefit from this Outreach Ministry, please complete the Client Intake Form and one of our coordinators will contact the individual. Orientation will be scheduled in the near future.
Parish Council
Have you ever felt the Lord gently nudging you to do more? To serve your parish in a more meaningful way?
Right now, we’re looking for new members to join the Parish Council. It’s a small-time commitment, just a few hours a month, but it can have a big impact on our parish family.
As a council member, you’ll help plan events like the Harvest Dinner, shape initiatives like the parish survey, and be a voice for our community as we work together to build a vibrant and welcoming parish.
If you’re feeling even the slightest tug on your heart, we encourage you to take the next step. Come to a meeting, ask questions, or send an email to the parish council. We would love for you to join us!
Projector Ministry! Volunteers Needed!
Do you feel comfortable running PowerPoint? Or want to learn? Want to help augment the music and other ministries at Mass? This could be a ministry for you!
Thanks to the generosity of Fr. Rob and the parish, we are blessed to have a wonderful projection system. This Fall and Christmas we have been piloting music lyric projection during select Masses. Our goal has been that the projected lyrics are accessible and legible. And the feedback from parishioners has been tremendous. We are now ready to provide this benefit across more of our beautiful St. John Neumann Masses. But we need your help to do so. To learn more about potentially volunteering, simply email Paul Schmitt.
